Fairfield, Calif. - Sophomore lefty Alex Clouthier threw six scoreless innings on the mound to lead the Falcons to a 4-0 win over Skyline on Tuesday afternoon.

Clouthier (1-1) scattered three hits, fanning three, and did not give up any extra-base hits. Freshman Edgar Aqui Cruz picked up the save, completing the game with a strikeout and allowing only one hit.

Sophomore Isaiah Verrett led the offense with a pair of hits and a run. Sophomore Kyle Krebs stole home to record the go-ahead run in the fourth inning with Verrett stealing second on the same play. 

Solano (2-5) continues its homestand by hosting Santa Rosa on Thursday, Feb. 14 at 2 p.m.
