Falcons Edged in Postponed Series Finale Against Napa

Fairfield, Calif. - Sophomore Bryce Prybylinski counted four RBI on a pair of doubles, but the Solano baseball team was edged by Napa Valley, 13-10, in the postponed series finale on Monday afternoon.

Prybylinski went 2-of-5 on the day, also scoring a run, while sophomore Isaiah Verrett tallied a pair of RBI on a 2-of-4 outing with a double and stolen base to lead the Falcon offense.

Freshman right-handed pitcher Mario Ochoa was charged with a loss in his first decision of the season after throwing two complete innings and allowing seven runs with three strikeouts. 

Solano (9-21, 5-10) hosts Yuba next in the first game of the Bay Valley Conference series on Tuesday, Apr. 9 at 2:30 p.m.
