Ojai, Calif. - The 2019 Solano men's and women's tennis teams finished their seasons at the 119th Annual Ojai State Tournament on April 24-28. Head coach Rafael Rovira was named the Women's ITA Coach of the Year.

In singles play, on the men's side, freshman Rajan Bhatia was seeded eighth and advanced to the Round of 32. While on the women's side, freshman Melanie Fisher was the 12th seed and also advanced to the Round of 32.

In doubles, Fisher and sophomore Jyne Velono advanced to the Round of 32. Freshman Yanci Yanez and sophomore Yasmeen Awad also represented the Solano women, while Bhatia and freshman Phi Le, along with freshman D. Patrick Ramos and sophomore Aaron Brumels competed.

Solano assistant coach and 2018 ITA Men's Assistant Coach of the Year, Allie Will, won the Ojai Open Doubles Championship.
