Fairfield, Calif. - Freshman Breanna Schafer has qualified for the CCCAA State Swimming Championships in the 1650 meter freestyle.

Schafer has led the women's team, earning a title in the same event at the CCSF Invitational earlier this season. She joins sophomore Kari Yamada, who also qualified in the one-meter diving competition.

The State Championships will be held at De Anza College on May 2-4.
