Fairfield, Calif. - The Solano women's basketball team scored a season-high 99 points en route to a 99-68 victory over Merritt on Wednesday evening to remain perfect in Bay Valley Conference play.
Sophomore Stella Havea led the Falcons with a career-high 17 points off of the bench with a team-high nine boards, adding three assists. Freshman Vanessa Hughes added 15 off the bench on 4-of-6 shooting from beyond the three-point arc.
The Falcons outscored the T-Birds 38-13 in the second quarter before 28-19 in the fourth to secure the win.
Solano (11-7, 4-0) remains home to host Laney on Wednesday, Jan. 16 at 5:30 p.m.
