Fairfield, Calif. - Freshman Destiny Greenwood paced the Falcon offense with 20 kills Solano's mid-week sweep of Mendocino on Wednesday evening.
Set scores in the twinbill were 25-14, 25-9, 25-16; 25-10, 25-7, 25-10.
Greenwood and sophomore outside hitter Makayla Johnson both earned 11 kills in the first match, followed by nine and seven, respectively.
Sophomore libero Makayla Smith tallied seven aces and 11 digs on teh day, while freshman setter Mia Pimentel directed the offense on the day with seven aces of her own.
The Falcon volleyball team (17-5) heads to Laney next on Friday, Nov. 3 for a 6 p.m. matchup.
