Fairfield, Calif. - Sophomores Destiny Greenwood and Mia Pimentel both earned double-doubles in the Falcons' sweep of Marin on Wednesday evening.
Set scores were 25-21, 25-17, 25-13.
Greenwood tallied 22 kills and 13 digs, while Pimentel chalked up 30 assists and 16 digs. Pimentel also earned six aces.
Freshman Ixchel Moreno Valdovinos paced the backcourt defense with 22 digs, adding three aces. And freshman Kailyn Kaiser backed her up with a 20-dig outing.
Solano (17-10, 12-1) closes out the 2018 regular season by hosting Los Medanos on Friday, Nov. 9 at 6 p.m. before awaiting its postseason fate.
