Fairfield, Calif. - Freshman Alex Peppard and sophomore Cameron Michael combined to score all of the runs for Solano, but the baseball team fell in a close 3-2 contest against Los Medanos on Thursday.

Michael counted a pair of RBI, while Peppard scored both runs for the team and counting a hit of his own.

Sophomore lefty Bobby Meadows (0-3) allowed two unearned runs, including the go-ahead, to be charged with the loss.

Solano (9-19, 5-8) heads to Los Medanos on Friday to close out the series at 2:30 p.m.
