Stockton, Calif. - Sophomores Mia Pimentel and Destiny Greenwood combined for 19 of the Solano women's volleyball team's 24 kills, but the Falcons fell to Fresno on Saturday morning. The volleyball squad also fell in four to San Francisco later in the day.

Set scores were 25-20, 25-20, 25-15 against Fresno, and 26-24, 22-5, 25-23, 25-19 against San Francisco.

Greenwood added nine digs, while freshman Allora Somontan tallied eight digs in the day's opening match. Against the Rams, Greenwood racked up a 28 kill match, while Pimentel earned eight kills and 30 assists. 

The volleyball team (4-6) opens up Bay Valley Conference play against Alameda next on the road on Wednesday, Sept. 12 at 6 p.m.
