Rocklin, Calif. - Despite holding a late lead, the Falcons dropped a 81-79 heartbreaker to Feather River in the season opener Friday afternoon at the Sierra Classic.

Sophomore Berry Roseborough led the Solano offense with 22 points, including six three-pointers. Sophomore Dunnell Stafford backed him up with a double-double with 15 points.

Solano (0-1) faces West Valley next on Saturday, Nov. 2 at 2 p.m. in the Sierra Classic.
