Solano played in the Los Medanos Classic and walked away to two big wins.  The Falcons beat Butte College in 3 sets: 25-23, 25-23, 26-24 all great sets and lots of challenges.  They were able to stay the course and be focused throughout the match.  After last weeks loss at the Delta Tournament, the win today gave the Falcons a boost in moral. 

Sammy Brown led the way with 17 kills adding 10 digs

Kelsey Wall put up 10 kills and served 17-17 with 5 aces, also chipped in 12 digs

Lili Ayala led the way at the net with 3 blocks

Hannah Del Rio chipped in 5 kills 

Crystal Carroll led the defense with 14 digs

Rachel Lin added 6 kills 

Dani Rydjord ran the offense with 34 assist, adding 3 kills

Solano defeated Gavilan College in three sets: 25-10, 25-15, 25-15

Sammy Brown led the offense with 10 kills, 11 digs, serving 19-19 with 4 aces

Crystal Carrol led the defense with 15 digs and added 2 aces

Dani Rydjord led at the net with 6 blocks, adding 16 assist and serving 13-13

Lili Ayala had a great night at the net with 5 blocks and chipped in 3 kills

Kesley Wall and Rachel Lin both chipped in 6 kills apiece

Solano now sits 10-5 overall. They will have 2 days rest as the Falcons host their last classic this Friday with Ohlone College at 3pm and Feather River College at 5pm.
