
Fairfield, Calif. - Sophomore Bryce Pryblinski and freshmen Brandon Herter and Alex Peppard earned three hits each as the Solano baseball team tallied 16 hits in the 10-1 win over American River on Saturday.
Prybylinkski counted a pair of doubles and three RBI, while Peppard blasted his first home run of the season and scored three runs on the day, includng the go-ahead run in the opening inning. Sophomore Gannon Goldensoph counted three RBI and a run, and sophomore Isaiah Verrett went 2-of-3 with three runs scored.
Sophomore Danny Zaldivar (2-2) earned the win on the bump, scattering three hits over seven complete scoreless innings of work, while striking out seven.
The Falcons (4-8) complete their homestand on Tuesday, Feb. 26 against Fresno at 2 p.m.
