Giana Guintu is a sophomore majoring in Sports Medicine, driven by a passion for athletic performance and injury prevention. She graduated from American Canyon High School in 2024, where she earned Most Valuable Player (MVP) and was named to the All-League Second Team during her senior year, showcasing her skill and dedication on the volleyball court. Raised in American Canyon, California, Giana is the youngest sibling with one older brother. Outside of athletics and academics, she enjoys eating sushi, going to the gym, and journaling. Her favorite music genres are soul and R&B, which inspire and energize her daily routine.



Makenzie Lovell is a sophomore majoring in General Science with aspirations to make a meaningful impact in her field. A graduate of Vanden High School, Makenzie played varsity volleyball all four years, known for her leadership, communication, and competitive spirit. Her voice and presence—both on and off the court—earned her the I Will Be Heard award, recognizing her as a vocal leader and motivator among her peers. Born in St. Joseph, Missouri, and raised in Vacaville, California, Makenzie is the middle child and the only girl in her family. Outside of academics and athletics, she enjoys eating Alfredo pasta, listening to all kinds of music, and watching anime.


Aliyah Aguiar is a sophomore majoring in General Science, with a strong background in athletics and a passion for staying active. A proud graduate of Napa High School, Aliyah was a multi-sport athlete—competing in soccer, track, and volleyball throughout her high school career. Her outstanding dedication and performance earned her the Athlete of the Year award and a place in the Athlete Hall of Fame in 2021. Born and raised in Napa, California, Aliyah lives at home with her parents, along with her two dogs, and has one older sister. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music and going for runs—activities that keep her both grounded and energized.


Maui Asuncion is a sophomore majoring in Sports Medicine, combining her passion for athletics with a focus on injury prevention and physical health. She graduated from Vanden High School in 2024, where she played volleyball all four years and was recognized for her dedication and team spirit. Born in Fremont, California, Maui is the oldest of three sisters and has two dogs. She enjoys listening to R&B, going to the gym, and savoring her favorite foods—Filipino and Hawaiian cuisine.


Liliana Mass is a sophomore majoring in Nursing, driven by a deep desire to make a difference in the healthcare field. She graduated from Vanden High School in 2024, where she played volleyball all four years and was recognized with the Most Versatile Player award for her adaptability, consistency, and all-around contributions to the team. Born in Vallejo, California, Liliana is the oldest of four siblings and a natural leader both on and off the court. Outside of her studies, she enjoys going to the gym, listening to music, and spending quality time with family and friends. Her favorite foods include sushi and Mexican cuisine.
