Solano ranked #9 will travel to Salinas to play Hartnell College #8, match is set for Tuesday Nov. 21st at 6:00pm. The winner of this match up will travel to play the winner of Delta College vs. Modesto.
Vanya Paopao was named to the All Nor Cal team. Top 12 players of the North are selected from all northern CA teams, and voted in by all head coaches. It is an honor to have a player from our team and conference named to this team.
Vanya had 151 kills, hitting .332% for the season. She has 221 digs, served 371 times with 63 aces at 96%. She leads our team with 480 assist and was just named to the 1st Team All Bay Valley Conference.
First Team BVC horors go to Vanya Paopao, Lexi Vasquez, Hannah Del Rio and Breanna Davis from Solano. Second Team BVC was awarded to Malia Decelle. BVC Coach of the Year 2023 was our own Darla Williams. Vanya Paopao also recieved Frosh of the Year, and Lexi Vasquez recieved Libero of the Year.
