
March 4, 2025 – Folsom, CA – The Solano Community College (SCC) women's tennis team faced a tough challenge against Folsom Lake College (FLC) in an away match, ultimately falling 7-2 in a competitive showdown.
Doubles Matches
SCC struggled to gain momentum in the doubles round, with all three pairs facing strong opponents. The No. 1 duo of Marie Tolkerson and Marina Wills fell to Melanie Noriega and Natalia Silva with a score of 2-8. The No. 2 pairing of Victoria Silva and Naomi Munro faced a similar outcome, losing 2-8 against Sophia Dubinets and Angela Bradley. The No. 3 doubles match was declared a default win for FLC, further setting SCC back.
