Fairfield, Calif. - Keeper Kirstyn Gottschall has inked with Corban University to continue her women's soccer career, announced Friday.
Gottschall, the most decorated Falcon on the 2019 squad, is a two-time All-State First Team, All-NorCal, and All-Bay Valley Conference First Team selection. As a rookie, she was named the BVC Player of the Year, followed by Goalkeeper of the Year honors as a sophomore.
In 2019, Gottschall posted an 11-6-3 record in the goal. She earned four complete shutouts, nine total, with 132 total saves, while even earning an assist. In 2018, she tallied 138 saves, amassing a 9-6-3 record with six complete game shutouts, seven total.
Corban University is located in Salem, Ore., and competes in the Cascade Collegiate Conference, which is part of the NAIA.
