Solano Women’s Soccer Team Bonding Trip in Lake Tahoe, August 18-20.

The Solano College Women’s Soccer team building trip was August 18-20. Followed by a Friday scrimmage vs Feather River College that was shortened due to thunder and lightning storms, the team spent the weekend in Lake Tahoe with both a mental skills training session and also a conditioning session with Mental Skills & Strength & Conditioning coach Kevin Marks along with various team activities for team building throughout the weekend.
