Karla Cardinal joins Solano College Women’s Soccer coaching staff in Fall 2023. Karla joins Solano as an assistant coach.

Karla played 2 seasons at Solano in 2018 & 2019 and transferred in 2020 to the 4 year level to play

3 more years. Karla transferred to Bushnell University (formerly Northwest Christian University) in Eugene, Oregon on scholarship where she was a starting midfielder/forward. She was also named to the All CCC (Cascade Collegiate Conference) Academic team for her 3 years at Bushnell..

While at Solano, Karla was an all-conference midfielder both years including being named midfielder of the year in the Bay Valley Conference her freshman season in 2018 and being a 1^st team Bay Valley Conference midfielder and team captain. She holds Solano records for having the most assists in a season (23) and also the most assists in 2 year Solano career (38).

Karla was a member of the Davis Legacy Soccer Club and Vacaville United Soccer Club

She was on the athletic directors honor roll and presidents honor roll while at Solano and was also on the all-conference academic team at the 4 year level for her high GPA.
