Solano College Volleyball makes history, advances to 3C2A 3rd Round of Playoffs

Solano College Falcons secured a historic spot in the CCCAA playoffs' third round, marking a program first after a triumphant victory against Hartnell Panthers in four sets (25-18, 25-20, 23-25, 27-25).

Key performances by Hannah Del Rio, tallying 15 kills and 2 blocks, Kelsey Wall with 13 kills, and Malia Decelle's 12 kills with 2 blocks, spearheaded the Falcons' offense. Lexi Vasquez and Bre Davis's defensive prowess with 24 and 19 digs each, along with Vasquez's exceptional 21-23 serving, showcased the team's resilience.

Vanya Paopao's multifaceted contribution of 5 kills, 17 digs, flawless serving of 15-15 with an ace, and 24 assists, alongside Jailynn Bermudez's 16-17 serving with 3 aces, further highlighted the Falcons' strategy. Eryka Ferrer and AJ Projillo's consistent 11 digs each along with Kelsey Wall with 7 digs added depth to the team's defense,

With an impressive overall record of 25-6, the Falcons gear up for a highly anticipated faceoff against Delta College, the top-ranked team in the North and State, on Saturday, November 25th, at 6:30 PM in Delta College, Stockton. The winner progresses to the CCCAA State Championships in Southern California.

There will be an admission cost for the game and will ONLY be accepting cash.  Tickets are $12.00 general admission and $8.00 for seniors, students with ID and children under 12.
