Solano played the last quad day today with a 2-0 finish.  The Falcons beat College of Siskiyous 25-14, 25-12, 25-14

Jada Cuffie led the offense with 13 kills and 2 blocks

Vanessa Semien added 10 kills, 12 digs and 3 aces

Aliyah Aguiar chipped in 8 kills

AJ Projillo led the way on defense with 18 digs, serving 13-13 with 2 aces

Vanya Paopao had 21 assist, 12 digs, 2 kills and 2 aces

Breanna Davis chipped in 10 digs, 13 assist on 2 kills and 2 aces

Giana Guintu chipped in 10 digs and 3 kills on zero errors

Makenzie Lovell served perfectly 3-3 off the bench

The Falcons then beat Butte College 25-17, 20-25, 25-20, 25-8

Jada Cuffie led the offense once again with 12 kills and 2 blocks

AJ Projillo led with 26 digs, 4 service aces

Vanessa Semien added 10 kills, and 2 aces

Aliyah Aguiar chipped in 8 kills and a block

Jacky Capili served 10-10 with an ace

Vanya Paopao ran the offense with 25 assist, chipped in 12 digs and served 17-18 with 2 aces

Breanna Davis added 13 digs, 11 assist and 6 kills

Overall the Falcon accomplished growth in the pre-season, playing teams ranked in the state and only losing to two opponents twice ( Delta #1 in the entire state and San Mateo #6 in Northern CA).  Solano have mixed a few non-conference matches in the schedule over the next two months.  

The Falcons begin Bay Valley Conference next Wednesday away at Mendocino College.  Solano will begin the BVC with a 59 game winning streak and hope to make it even more. The record is currently overall 14-4.
