Los Medanos narrowly defeated Solano in a hard-fought battle for the Bay Valley Conference Championship. After a scoreless first half—and nearly a scoreless match—Solano conceded a goal in injury time with only about a minute remaining. Both teams entered the match undefeated in conference play at 7-0. Solano put up a resilient defensive effort, fighting off and saving multiple quality chances by Los Medanos.
Juliana Jacobson stood out in goal, making 10 saves in an impressive performance.
