Our October athletes of the Month are Soccer's Katelyn Walbolt and Volleyball's Breanna Davis. The young ladies have represented their sport well for the month of October. Katelyn center midfielder, team captain and Solano’s leading goal scorer as a freshman center midfielder. To date from that position she has 7 goals and 4 assists this season. In October scored both goals in a 2-1 win vs Woodland and the game winner in the 87th minute. Scored the game winner in the 76th minute at Marin in a 1-0 win.
For the month of October Breanna Davis had 96 assists, 70 digs, serving 82-88 at .93%, and 12 aces. She is one of our strongest defensive players and is on the court for all six rotations. Bre is a key component to our overall success this season. Volleyball finished this month going 6-0 in conference play and 6-1 overall for the month of October.
