Pittsburg, Calif. - The Solano softball team made it four straight with another Bay Valley Conference doubleheader sweep. The Falcons defeated Los Medanos 13-6 and 7-6 on Saturday afternoon to improve to 17-13 overall, 10-0 in BVC play.

Sophomore Aleya Turner counted doubles in both games, going 4-of-9 on the day with a RBI and two stolen bases. Freshman Caitlin Aston added a 3-of-7 outing with five runs scored, two stolen bases, and two RBI.

In the circle, sophomore Courtney McGraw (3-3) earned the complete-game win in the first game with four strikeouts, while freshman Britney Czelusniak (2-4) counted the win in the second game with five punchouts. 

Solano hosts Mendocino next in a doubleheader on Thursday, Apr. 18 beginning at 12 p.m.
