Kentfield, Calif. - Freshman Alex Peppard was perfect at the plate to lead the Falcons to a 5-0 series-winning victory over College of Marin on Thursday afternoon.

Peppard went 2-of-2 at the plate with a double, home run, and two walks to lead the team offensively. Sophomore Kyle Krebs and freshman Matthew Hansen both earned two-RBI games.

On the mound, sophomore righty Danny Zaldivar (5-5) picked up the win, scatting five singles and fanning five over eight complete innings pitched.

Solano (13-22, 9-11) closes out the 2019 campaign on Friday, Apr. 19 against Marin at 2:30 p.m.
