Marysville, Calif. - Freshman Alex Peppard went yard and sophomore Kyle Krebs counted a triple as the Falcons baseball team edged Yuba, 5-4, on Tuesday afternoon.

Peppard and Krebs both went 2-for-4 with a RBI each. Peppard added a pair of runs to also lead the offense.

Sophomore Bobby Meadows (1-3) earned his first win of the season, throwing six complete with four strikeouts. Krebs tallied his fifth save on a scoreless inning pitched.

Solano (15-22) host Napa Valley next on Thursday, Apr. 25 at 2:30 p.m.
