Baseball Closes 2019 on Eight-Game Streak with Season Finale Win over Contra Costa

Fairfield, Calif. - In their last career games, sophomores Cameron Michael and Bryce Prybylinski both went yard to boost the Falcon baseball team to a season-ending eight-game winning streak with a 14-4 win over Contra Costa on Friday.

The Falcons end the 2019 campaign with a 17-22 overall record, 10-11 in Bay Valley Conference play.

Michael and Prbylinski both counted doubles and three RBI each. Michael finished the day 2-for-5 with a pair of runs, and Prybylinski went 4-for-5 with two runs. Sophomore Gannon Goldensoph posted a 3-for-4 day with three runs scored, double, and RBI. And freshman Nick Roach went 3-for-5 with a triple, three RBI, and a run.

On the hill, sophomore Danny Zaldivar (6-5) captured the win on six innings of work with four strikeouts.
